Mahi Mahi Wednesday! LOL

Good Morning guys!! How is everyone? I am a little sore from Monday’s WOD but it was awesome!! I ended up with 4 rounds and 3 toes to bar in the 8 minute time cap! Yesterday, I missed the class due to a very clingy little one that is still working on cutting his 4 1 year molars… 3 have spikes that have broken the surface but still one isn’t there at all! He was up quite a bit through the night then took an almost 4 hour nap… poor buddy! Hopefully he will be feeling better today! I am excited about today’s WOD: Strength: Jerk 4×3 @ 75%. WOD: “Fight Gone Bad!” Three rounds of: Wall-ball shots 20/14 (Reps) Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75/55 (Reps) Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps) Push-press, 75/55 (Reps) Row (Calories) **In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.** WOW this sounds fun and insane all at the same time! LOL I will let you all know how I do tomorrow! crossfit

Last night we had a yummy dinner… garlic and sea salt mahi mahi, sweet potato, sauteed spinach and a fresh tomato.. photo (2)YUMMM

For Weigh in Wednesday I am still holding strong at 14.5lbs but I can def feel that my muscles are getting bigger and I feel that is why the scale is not going down… Doing squats daily will def build a booty! :) As long as I feel results I am good with the scale not dropping! Still drinking my water like it’s going out of style!!! LOL
